Step 1

Start with the website

If you have no site, or one that is not doing its job, this is where it starts. Fixed scope, fixed price, and you know the page list before we begin.

Websites & landing pages

Starts atFrom $2,500

A small, fast, mobile-first website built to get you found and get the phone to ring.

Who needs it

Every owner-operated business without a site that earns its keep. This is the package, not a nice-to-have.

What’s in it

  • Mobile-first design on the standard template, in your colours, logo and fonts
  • Click-to-call and click-to-text buttons on mobile
  • Contact and quote forms delivered to your inbox
  • On-page SEO, XML sitemap, robots.txt, and Google indexing set up
  • Google Analytics 4 with conversion tracking on the forms
  • SSL and hosting set up, and a training call to run it yourself

That is the Launch package, and it is the entry point. Beyond your package’s page allowance it is $350 a page. A single standalone landing page is quoted in writing first.

E-commerce

Starts atFrom $12,500

A working online store that takes payment through your own account and hands you the order.

Who needs it

Retail and product businesses. If you book jobs rather than sell products, you do not need this and I will say so on the call.

What’s in it

  • Up to 100 products, uploaded by you after a recorded training session
  • Stripe or PayPal, wired to your own account — the money goes from the customer to you
  • Tax and shipping rules, including flat-rate and free-shipping-over-threshold
  • Order confirmation and fulfilment emails, branded to your business
  • Checkout QA with two live test transactions, refunded to your card
  • A written order-management guide, plus a recorded 60-minute staff training session

The Commerce package: a store of up to 100 products, with everything in Growth underneath it. Product entry is $15/SKU if you would rather I upload them.

Custom web apps

Starts at$8,000

A purpose-built tool for a job your website and a form genuinely cannot do.

Who needs it

Businesses whose day-to-day runs on something a template will not cover — quoting, scheduling, stock, a client portal. Not for ordinary websites.

What’s in it

  • A written scope agreed before the first line of code
  • One defined first version, delivered and working
  • A fixed price, so the number does not move while you are waiting
  • A hand-over session, because the tool has to be usable without me

One defined first version, fixed price, agreed in a written scope before any work starts. There is no “and up” — anything beyond that scope is a new fixed-price quote.

Step 2

Then get found

A website nobody can find is an expensive brochure. These two put it in front of people who are already looking for you, on purpose.

SEO

Starts at$500/mo

Getting found on Google when someone nearby searches for the thing you do.

Who needs it

Businesses that want calls that keep arriving after they stop paying. This is the compounding one, and it is also the slowest — see the honest timelines below.

What’s in it

  • Local directory and citation cleanup, so your details agree everywhere
  • On-page fixes as the site and the market change
  • 2 new content pieces per month
  • Review-request automation — the single strongest local ranking signal there is, and it belongs to you
  • A monthly rank and traffic report, plus one 20-minute call
  • 3-month minimum, then month-to-month

And it includes your care plan. If you take ongoing SEO you are never billed both, which is why it is $500 rather than $500 on top of $450.

Paid ads

Starts at$1,200 setup, then 10% of ad spend

Being in front of people today, without waiting six months for organic search to catch up.

Who needs it

Anyone who needs booked jobs in the next 30 days. Ads are the only honest answer for that, and they exist precisely because everything else is slower.

What’s in it

  • Google or Meta account audit, and conversion tracking that actually records calls
  • Campaign build with 3 ad variants
  • 14 days of optimisation after launch
  • Ongoing campaign management, creative, and weekly reporting

Management is 10% of ad spend with a $100/mo minimum. You pay ad spend directly to Google or Meta from your own account — it never passes through me, and it never touches a care plan.

Step 3

Then keep it working, without you

The part that decides whether any of it was worth it. A website that is slow, insecure or unmonitored in year two is a liability, and you should not be the one watching it.

Maintenance & retainers

Starts atFrom $150/mo

Keeping the site fast, secure, patched and answering — while you run the business.

Who needs it

Anyone whose website is now part of how they earn. This is not a favour from a nephew. It is the job that happens for the three years after launch.

What’s in it

  • Uptime monitoring, and daily backups with a tested restore
  • Security patches, software updates, SSL and domain renewal
  • Up to 2 small content edits a month — text, an image swap, your phone number, your hours
  • Up to 2 hours of small changes a month
  • A monthly email, and same-business-day response on anything that breaks
  • Growth and Commerce add a written monthly report with real numbers

That is the Launch care plan. Growth is $450/mo and Commerce is $750/mo. Month-to-month, 30 days’ notice, no exit fee, and hosting and SSL are included in every one of them.

Chatbots

Starts at$800 install, then $100/mo

A bot on your own site that answers the boring questions and catches the enquiry at 11pm.

Who needs it

Businesses that miss after-hours enquiries, or that get the same five questions on every call. Best on a site with real content for it to learn from.

What’s in it

  • A scoped lead-capture and FAQ bot, trained on your own site content
  • Installed on your site, matching your branding
  • Content updates as your services or prices change
  • 2,000 messages/mo included, overage at $0.03/message

2,000 messages a month are included. Overage is $0.03 a message. Hosting, upkeep and content updates are in the monthly figure.

See the add-on list — Chatbots

What I will not sell you

A shorter list is worth more than a longer one. These are the things I turn down, and the reason is not principle — it is that recommending them to you would cost you money you would not get back.

  • logo and brand identity work
  • subscriptions to software I do not own
  • packages a local business owner cannot use

If you need a national campaign, a 40-page site, or an in-house marketing department, I will tell you on the first call and point you somewhere better.

Not sure which of these you need? That is what the first call is for.

Twenty minutes, free. I look at what you have now and tell you what I actually think you need — including “less than you think”, and including “nothing on this page yet”.
